Cultural Contamination, a phrase often used during the design process, resembles an ideology we wanted to instill by preserving local sentiments like the city’s entrepreneurial spirit or the special mystery of the Californian Light in combination with a worldly quality expressed in sophisticated European finishes and furniture from around the globe; just as one would find in the home of someone well travelled.
Tranquility with a focus on essentials for the spa and fitness areas, to allow for a calming effect and to reveal inner strength. Dimmed lighting and earthy materials help visitors to be at ease and create relaxation.

Community Spirit at the amenities level fosters social, physical, and mental wellness. One of our special design features includes a community garden and kitchen because we believe that the preparation and cooking of fresh food can become a social activity that allows people to connect. Outdoor vegetable gardens enhance the overall health and well-being of the residents because of available fresh produce, physical exercise and social interaction.

Apart from outfitting each apartment with luxurious European Designer kitchens and bathrooms, we offered a tailor made materials box concept, which allows each buyer to select from a range of materials and finishes to fit their own personal lifestyle.
