Three-Level Food Emporium for a Restaurant Client in the Palermo District of Buenos Aires

Role: Design Lead and Renderings | NMM Inc.

Each level is aesthetically defined by the food and drinks that are served. A thin steel frame feature wall system creates a bold visual connection to the open stairwell beyond and serves as display for art objects in the space.

Eight-story Luxury Apartment Building in New York’s Lower East Side

We decorated 3 show apartments, including the curation of furniture, fabrics, lighting and rugs. We oversaw the installation of the furniture and we styled the apartments for the official sales launch photoshoot.

The residence was recognized with a feature in Dwell Magazine for its warm California Modernist design and its rigorous sustainability standards.

Interior Design of a 43-Story Luxury Residential Tower in New York’s Tribeca

Property features two amenity levels and 50 residences, including 1-3 bedroom apartments, full floor tower residences and two double level penthouse lofts. 

Interior design for the Residences and Public Amenities of the Iconic Snøhetta-designed 40-story Residential Tower

The property, situated near San Francisco’s bustling Mid-Market technology hub, features 304 units and two levels of amenities spaces.

InteriorDesign for a 3000 sf Tribeca apartment, including custom furniture

Role: Concept Design & Development | STUDIO STERL

Design included a customized kitchen, two bathrooms, and the reconfiguration of the apartments bedroom quarters to allow for more privacy and a better flow.

Existing heating radiators were enclosed with custom millwork that simultaneously served as seating and storage for the rooms.

The challenge here was to find ways to maximize the usage of the small apartment by defining double functions to certain rooms with the help of clever design elements.

Design Proposal for the Lifestyle Branded Hotel Conversion of a 127,000 sf Landmark Building in New York’s Soho District

Design included 249 rooms facing a central interior courtyard, several food service spaces, a rooftop bar, and an exclusive fine dining restaurant for Michelin-starred chef Paul Liebrandt.
